The firm was founded by Akshita Singal, who has broad experience guiding Indian startups and investors across the e-commerce, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors. Prior to starting her own firm, Akshita was a corporate associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, a leading Indian law firm, and an immigration attorney at a boutique firm in New York. Experienced across the corporate and immigration legal landscapes of both India and New York, she is uniquely positioned to guide entrepreneurs and investors through the nuances of both jurisdictions.

Akshita is a member of the New York and India bars, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Akshita earned her LL.M. at New York University School of Law, where she concentrated in Corporation Law. A second generation professional, she is backed by experts with 40+ years’ experience in guiding small businesses across corporate and tax matters. 

Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Akshita is fluent in English and Hindi.
